What are you thankful for in your Co-Op experience?

I am thankful for the opportunity that my mother provided my friends and I, bringing us into this. She has fostered an environment for all of us to make mistakes and learn from one another. We've all earned our CA food handlers permit, which is going to be a valuable tool, regardless of where in the food industry we work. Overall, I am grateful to be ending senior year at a Co-op that has fostered growth and independence among myself and my peers.

Describe how experiences at HTHMA have prepared you for your experience during Co-Op.

We do project-based learning at HTHMA, which warrants lots of collaboration and understanding how to work with others. As well as that, we are taught how to be proficient in utilizing and navigating google workspace. These were two skills I took with me from HTHMA and applied them to my Co-op experience. We worked on some media design, and collaborated when designing our recipes.
